My name is Keith Campbell. I'm from The Garden of Eden Restaurant, in Beaver, UT.
I'm in a very small town. There's about 2,000 people. It's very seasonal, and very touristy. So, my business was to the point where it was either do something, or get out. So, I started looking for answers on the internet. I finally came across Restaurant Marketing Systems and Rory Fatt. I got the material and tried a few things. The key is that you can measure it, you know. You can do something, and you'll see results coming in your door, immediately. It's not difficult at all.

Well, the restaurant that I took over, I took over in November of last year and did things most restaurant owners think they're going to do to try to get more business. None of it worked. The newspaper didn't work. Any of the typical forms of advertising weren't working. So, I tried a few of Rory's ideas. Just this last February, my sales were 130% from the February before. And, that's the first time, in over 8 years, when any month was above the year before, and actually showed any growth at all. I'm 30% up for February. This year, by march, this year is going to be up by more than 30%. So, the results, for me, speak for themselves. It's measurable. I've come across nothing that provides the results that this provides.
